1. Academic degree – Hold a Ph.D. degree.

2. Professional rank – Hold an associate professorship or a higher academic title (or equivalent).

3. Subject expertise – Demonstrate strong professional competence and a solid research background in relevant fields.

4. Language skills – Possess good English proficiency, both in writing and verbal communication.

5. Personal commitment – Show genuine enthusiasm for contributing to scientific research and to the development of the journal.

The journal Intelligent Electronics & Metrology (IEM) focuses on cutting-edge theories, innovative technologies, application practices, and industry reviews in the following interdisciplinary fields:

• Quantum intelligent physics
• Intelligent sensing and physical detection
• Integration of computational physics and artificial intelligence

The journal primarily publishes original research papers, review articles, and frontier news briefs in these directions.
